Organization
The Headquarters of the 56th
Brigade New York Guard is located in Peekskill, NY.
Subordinate units are headquartered in state armories in Yonkers, Orangeburg, Peekskill
and Poughkeepsie.

102d Internal Security Battalion, Poughkeepsie
2nd Battalion 102d Engineers, Peekskill
2/102d Medical Forward Support Team, Peekskill
5th Civil Affairs Regiment, Yonkers
Brigade Initial Entry Training for all new enlistees is conducted at the
Peekskill Armory. New York Guard Basic Training is typically conducted at Camp
Smith Training Site (CSTS), Cortlandt Manor, New York.
